Prices per week:

April and May: € 750
June: € 825
July and August: € 1095
September: € 825

No rentals from October until end March

Deposit on reservation: 30%

The rental fee includes:

• Bedlinens
• Kitchenlinens
• Final cleaning*
• Water and electricity

*not included: clean up the kitchen, removal of bedlinens, tidying up and taking out garbage, sweep the floors at departure.

The rental fee does not include:

• Tourist tax: € 1,73 per night for each guest older then 17 years of age.
• Firewood (on demand): € 50 per m3.

Security deposit:
To stimulate our tenants to leave the house the way they encountered it, we ask a security deposit of € 200. Obviously we assume we will find our house in the same state as we left it. In this case, we will fully pay back the deposit.

General:
The day of arrival (from 17.00 hours) and day of departure (at the latest 10.00 hours) is Saturday. If you wish to make use of another arrival or departure day, please contact us. If possible, we will attempt to meet your wishes. Smoking is prohibited.
